Hello! My name is Bree and I am happy you have found yourself here. I want to share a small insight into my background as you may find some of the below resonates with your own path.

 

In my twenties, I was behaving destructively which caused me internal pain and suffering.  The way my intimate relationships played out over this time, reflected the way I felt about myself. I worked hard through these years to learn to love the darkest corners of myself, through psychotherapy, mindfulness and meditation and training to be a counsellor. I have walked several different paths over the years, which makes my offering to others versatile. Due to the work I have done over the years to improve my self-worth, I now love the person that I am through and through. I am proud of my journey, and what I have overcome to be a calmer, happier, more peaceful person.

My purpose in my work is to inspire and ignite positive thought and change, geared towards personal growth. I want to contribute to the world being a better place and my dream is to spread love and light on a large scale.

Experience:

 

  • 5 years in a Media Agency​, Carat NZ

  • 3 years as a Therapist & Coach​ at BE. Therapy & Life Coaching

    • 2 years contracting to Youthline & Epsom Girls Grammar​

  • 5 years in Out of Home Advertising Sales at JCDecaux where I created and ran a Mentor Program for the business

  • 2 years Stress Management Coach at WellMe

  • Started my Coaching business - Bree Le Roux Coaching & Mentoring - in June 2019:

    • Corporate clients include: Redbull NZ, Vodafone, Tonkin &Taylor, Frenchie & Co, B:HIVE & Smales Farm


My Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor of Counselling

  • Certified Transformative Coach (ICF approved)

  • Mindfulness & Meditation Courses:

    • Introduction to Mindfulness

    • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR)

    • Vipassana 10-day silent meditation course


Personal:

  • 9 years in personal psychotherapy, ongoing.
